Exciting merger-acquisition news

We’re a thriving agency and we don’t like to stand still. When opportunities arise to enhance our portfolio and expertise, we like to embrace them. And so we’re delighted to announce today a merger-acquisition with Surrey-based marketing agency Ardent Creative.

Ardent was founded over thirty years ago, and over the last three decades it has built an enviable reputation for delivering outstanding and innovative work, both in print and online.

In a mutually agreeable move, managing director Henry Quarton, son of Ardent’s founder Chris Quarton, will continue to be involved in Ardent’s portfolio as it comes under the PMW banner.

Peter Sutton, managing director at PMW, said: “Chris Quarton was a superb marketing professional and somebody I always respected. It was a huge shock to the industry when he died suddenly last year. As we take on Ardent’s portfolio, we’re confident that we can do justice to Chris and Henry’s vision for their clients, and indeed offer an even wider range of marketing services.”

Henry Quarton said: “My father and Peter Sutton always had a relationship of mutual respect, and therefore an ongoing collaboration makes perfect sense to both companies. I’m confident that this move will only bring further success to our clients.”
