PMW wins ‘Highly Commended’ at the Construction Marketing Awards

We are ecstatic to announce that we won ‘Highly Commended’ for ‘Best use of press and public relations’ at the prestigious Construction Marketing Awards last month.

These awards recognise marketing excellence across the construction industry, showcasing creativity, innovation and effectiveness in marketing.

We entered the ‘Best use of press and public relations’ category for the Help for Hospices campaign, which we handled on behalf of our long-standing client Covers Timber & Builders Merchants.

The campaign ran for just one week in September last year and raised a whopping £27,000 for 11 separate hospice charities across the South East.

Our glamorous Senior PR Manager, Harriette, attended the glittering award ceremony at Radisson Blu in London and accepted the award on behalf of PMW.

Harriette commented:

“The Help for Hospices campaign was great fun to work on for Covers, and for such great causes. Entering the awards took a lot of time with a lot of paperwork but it’s fantastic when your hard work pays off and is recognised by others.”
