Team members awarded for 51 years of service

11th December 2018

This month we are delighted to award four of our team members with long service awards. A combined 51 years in fact!

Digital Director Graham Walker joined PMW in 1998, (back in the nineties, Graham!) only five years after the company was founded, and in the past 20 years has seen us grow exponentially with an increased client base, team and office space.

Senior Graphic Designer Tim Crutkaew was recognised for 11 years’ service, while Gemma Hook, PR Director of B2C, and Martin Duval, also a Senior Graphic Designer, joined the company a decade ago this year.

All four members of staff received personal gifts as a mark of thanks including a race day experience for Tim, outdoorsy vouchers for Graham, posh wine for Gemma and a Mini bottle opener together with beers for Martin.

Here at PMW, we’re big on recognising everyone’s dedication and hard work.  We couldn’t continue to enjoy success without our fantastic team, so a big thank you to all of them for their loyalty over the years.

We began the long service award earlier this year, and reward staff with a gift and ‘a bit of a fuss’ for every five years they are here.  Next month we’ll be saying thank you to our Finance Director Peter Burton and our Social Media Director Tracie Carter for five and six years’ service respectively.

As well as beginning the long service awards this year (on our 25th birthday), we’ve also introduced a scheme to reward excellent attendance, where staff members are able to receive a bonus at the end of the year.  The scheme is a great way for us to be able to recognise team members’ reliability and thank them once again for all their hard work throughout the year.
