For a creative agency like ours, the environment matters, and I’m delighted that our office renovation is now fully complete. After all the hard work, combined with a lot of vision, we have a space that reflects who we are as a company and how we work today. The result is a creative office design that’s modern, flexible and built to inspire and bring out the best of our people.
A hybrid future needs a brilliant hub
Working patterns have fundamentally shifted since Covid, and like many companies, we operate a hybrid model. Our team splits time between home and office, and that’s unlikely to change. But this makes the office even more important.
Our base has become a vital hub where ideas are sparked, relationships grow and collaboration happens naturally – something that cannot always be replicated on video calls.
We didn’t just want a fresh coat of paint; we wanted a space designed for the future of work, and one that our team actively wants to come into, not just because they have to. Whether someone is brainstorming campaign ideas, meeting clients or joining a virtual call, the office adapts to their needs.

From cubicles to collaboration
It’s fair to say the office environment has come a long way since 1993, when I first started PMW. Back then, the typical workplace was filled with beige walls, beige carpets, rows of identikit beige desks and fluorescent lighting that seemed designed to induce a headache by 3pm. Collaboration often meant leaning over a partition or booking the one meeting room that never seemed to be available. Offices were functional at best, soul-crushing at worst.
Thankfully, we’ve moved on. Today’s offices recognise that where we work directly impacts how we work. The best spaces adapt to different working styles, support various tasks and, crucially, make people feel valued.

Designed for creativity and connection
Our office now features bespoke artwork in every room and branding that showcases our personality and creative spirit. We’ve introduced distinct meeting rooms and soundproofed studios, each equipped with high-quality technology for Teams and Zoom meetings. This ensures seamless communication with clients and colleagues, whether they’re in the office or working remotely.
One of the standout features is our bleacher seating area. These tiered, communal seating steps – complete with massive cushions – sit beneath a giant screen that rolls down from the ceiling. It’s perfect for team presentations and training, client showcases or even relaxed film nights after hours. This flexible area encourages connection and community, which is exactly what creative office design should achieve.
Every detail, from lighting and layout to acoustics and colour, has been carefully considered to help our team perform at their best.

Our expertise, your space
Our renovation has strengthened our understanding of what it takes to design an office that really works. Over the years, we’ve helped many clients do the same through our office branding service, transforming ordinary spaces into environments that reflect who they are and how they work. From wall graphics to unique signage and branded installations, we know that the right environment can make a big difference to how teams feel and perform.
When done well, a workspace becomes part of a company’s identity. It inspires creativity, strengthens culture and leaves a lasting impression on visitors and staff alike. Whether a business is going through a rebrand or simply wants to refresh its surroundings, thoughtful creative office design can transform the way people experience the workplace.

Looking ahead
We’ve created somewhere our team can collaborate, innovate and feel inspired every day. And as we continue to help other businesses shape their own brands and environments, we’ll bring the same creativity, care and attention to detail that we’ve poured into our own. If you fancy popping in for a nosey around and a chat, you’re more than welcome – we now have an amazing coffee machine too!
