Key responsibilities
- Deliver paid social campaigns, including strategy development, brief preparation, targeting, setup and optimisation
- Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging organic social content across multiple platforms
- Lead and participate in client-facing meetings, presentations, and day-to-day communications
- Generate ideas for short-form video concepts and support the design team with clear briefs
- Collaborate daily with designers, videographers and account teams to bring concepts to life
- Contribute to creative ideation, trend-spotting sessions and campaign planning
- Measure performance and help pull insightful reports that highlight key learnings and KPIs
- Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural moments and emerging trends
- Maintain impeccable brand consistency across tone, visuals and messaging
- Help manage content calendars, asset libraries and internal workflows
- Assist with community management—monitoring responses, spotting opportunities and nurturing audiences
Key skills and attributes
- Previous agency or in-house social media experience is essential
- Working knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Ads/Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads essential; TikTok Ads and X a plus)
- Confident and effective in client-facing meetings, presentations, and day-to-day communications
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand social copy
- Solid understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X
- Hands-on experience promoting content for real brands
- A creative thinker who enjoys ideation and conceptual development
- Proactive and self-motivated – you spot opportunities before they’re briefed
- Confident in producing clear creative briefs and collaborating with design teams
- Experience working within brand guidelines with a sharp eye for detail
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines
- A collaborative team player who loves sharing ideas and getting involved
- Basic design/editing familiarity (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc)
- Data-literate with the ability to interpret insights and spot trends
- Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing influencers or creators

Terms and benefits
- Salary: £32,000 – £36,000, depending on experience
- 25 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays + a paid day off on your birthday
- Flexible hours – Mon – Fri (37.5 hours per week)core hours between 9am – 5pm
- Hybrid working, min 3 days office-based per week
- Billingshurst office location, with free parking
- Optional gym membership, cycle to work scheme
