We’re now on the lookout for an experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of key client accounts. You’ll lead on strategy, execution, and delivery – working alongside talented copywriters, designers, and developers to create SEO solutions that genuinely make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an SEO Manager at PMW, you’ll:
- Lead on strategy development, aligning advanced SEO techniques with wider marketing objectives
- Advise on best practices for SEO in site builds and migrations
- Conduct technical audits and deliver recommendations across crawlability, indexation, site speed, and more
- Refine content strategies, focusing on E-E-A-T principles and search intent
- Track, report, and act on performance insights using SEO and analytics tools
- Scope new client retainers and support onboarding
- Carry out keyword and competitor research and present findings to clients
- Collaborate across departments to ensure SEO is integrated from concept to delivery
- Mentor SEO Executives, supporting quality and consistency across accounts

What We’re Looking For
- Agency experience in managing SEO campaigns that deliver results
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and web migration process
- Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Experience working with WordPress (especially Elementor)
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Bonus: experience with Google Ads and CMS platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Email marketing platforms
The Practical Bits
- Salary: circa £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5.30pm (37.5 hours/week) – flexible working options available. We have lots of working parents who shape their working hours to suit their lives.
- Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week at our Billingshurst office (with free parking)
