We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Google Ads (PPC) Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of key client accounts. You’ll lead on strategy, execution, and delivery – working alongside talented copywriters, designers, and developers to create campaigns that genuinely make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Google Ads Manager at PMW, you’ll:

  • Lead on PPC strategy development across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, aligning with client goals and wider marketing objectives
  • Conduct audits of existing campaigns and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Confidently lead client meetings, presenting performance insights, strategy direction, and growth opportunities
  • Refine frameworks and processes to improve campaign effectiveness and internal delivery
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to ensure joined-up digital solutions
  • Support new business opportunities — from contributing to pitch decks to presenting Ads strategies to prospects
  • Produce clear, insight-led monthly reports with commentary and recommendations
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication and results-driven support
  • Mentor PPC Executives, helping to drive quality and consistency across accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • Able to lead Google Ads campaigns, ideally agency-side
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align PPC strategy to client business goals
  • Confident with Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and SEMrush (bonus: Screaming Frog and Search Console)
  • Experience building reports with tools like Agency Analytics
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Bonus: knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce), or email marketing platforms

The Practical Bits

  • Salary: circa £35,000+ (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5.30pm (37.5 hours/week) – flexible working options available
  • Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week at our Billingshurst office (with car park)
