A new brand for a new internet service provider


No One is an internet service provider for people living along the south coast. When the founders first approached us, the brand didn’t exist – the company behind it just had an idea to bring a better and more reliable broadband to the Sussex community – so we were very lucky to have a blank canvas to play around with.

We developed No One’s whole brand identity, which included
the company name, colour palette, logo, key messaging, launch advertising, and the production of social media launch videos. Furthermore, while the company’s in-house development team created the framework for the website, we created the design layouts and provided all copywriting elements.

Futureproof design

Our design team chose the blue, magenta, grey and black colour palette as the colours complement each other
and communicate messages of trust, balance, maturity, authority, clarity and stability, which are essential for
the service No One would be providing.


Playing with words

Although No One’s connection services are hyper-local, being currently only available in Worthing and Eastbourne in Sussex,
the company plans to expand its reach, so the branding needed
to be future-proof.

To create the brand name, we first looked at what annoys people about their broadband, such as having a slow connection and receiving bad customer service. It was these negativities that the company founders wanted their service to fight against. We therefore crafted ‘No One’ to enable the company’s messaging to have fun with negative stereotypes such as:

Our in-house team planned and produced a series of promotional videos to launch the No One brand on social media platforms as part of a strategic advertising campaign.

Our work involved scripting, storyboarding, sourcing the actors and editing, as well as creating illustrations, animation and motion graphics.
