Brief

Accommodating over 1,000 employees in Hemel Hempstead, Breakspear Park is a 16-acre business park offering exceptional office space for forward-thinking organisations.

Using Breakspear Park’s existing logo as the foundation, the design brief required a new brand identity for all signage, marketing collateral and digital platforms. The objective was to promote the park as the ultimate place to work, attract commercial tenants and encourage a sense of community. The concept had to relate to five founding principles: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.

Solution

We gave Breakspear Park a fresh new brand identity that echoed its logo and communicated the benefits of its work environment via a bold, contrasting colour palette and brand device.

A brand system rationale was drawn from the stylised A in the logo, as well as shapes found in the building and grounds. These patterns now feature on all design material to create a sense of familiarity. Colours are drawn from a gradient map to create tones and hues that contrast and highlight. From brochures and posters to interior branding and banners, all materials now use this design concept.

Digital campaign

Breakspear Park uses various digital platforms to communicate with tenants and prospective clients. Our digital designs cover every touch-point, from social media posts to internal communication channels for employees. Designed to promote a sense of pride in the working environment, Breakspear Park’s digital identity is modern, playful and striking.
