We began working with PMW in July 2014 just before our involvement with the Channel 4 television programme, Undercover Boss. The PMW team worked incredibly hard to ramp up their knowledge of the business, whilst dealing with the huge number of enquiries that flooded in, managing all PR requests and ensuring that Pets Corner's ethical principles were positively communicated. Social media channels were particularly challenging, but PMW stepped in to help at very short notice and supported us heavily with this too. Almost a year on our social media following is flourishing, with additional brand specific pages and innovative content ideas arising all the time. Our business profile has also been raised on a national, regional and local basis via excellent PR.
