Students take first step into world of marketing at PMW

For the past three weeks the team at PMW has enjoyed welcoming work experience students from local schools The Weald in Billingshurst, and Tanbridge House and The Forest School in Horsham.

Our work experience programme for students enables them to try out the variety of disciplines that we, as a marketing agency, specialise in. This includes public relations, radio advertising, design and social media. The students are given a structured five day programme of activities that means they can really get stuck in and see what the world of marketing can offer them as a career.

Rumour has it, work experience students are often asked to make tea and coffee or perform the not so interesting tasks of filing or general administration, but rest assured this doesn't take place during their time with us! The students thoroughly enjoy working together on a campaign, as they would if they actually worked for PMW or another marketing agency.

Each year the standard of students we see never fails to impress and we're now firm believers that the marketing genii of the future begin here at PMW! We're waiting with baited breath for next year's recruits and wish the PMW 2015 work experience students the best of luck for their final year at secondary school and in the future.
