Local ladies get filthy for fundraising

At the weekend three female members of team PMW took part in a frolic in filth, in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Anna Harris, Lizzie Blount and Gina Hollands were put through their paces in the 'Pretty Muddy' event which took place on Saturday 18th July in Portsmouth.  The charity challenge was a 5k obstacle course where the participants had to climb, jog, slide, wade and jump through mud in order to reach the finish line.

The ladies put in a lot of effort - training hard and fundraising over the past few week. Managing Director of PMW Peter Sutton sponsored his team £100 to complete the challenge. Before the event Pete said:

"I'm very proud of the girls for going out and doing something so unusual and active for charity.  The trio is more used to working in a nice clean office than running through mud, so I'm not sure they know what they've let themselves in for!
