With so many social media platforms available, having a presence on each and every one can be a difficult endeavour – particularly for small and medium sized businesses. The result? Many businesses don’t even bother. But social media is a marketing platform that shouldn’t be ignored, and we’re here to help with our latest bite-sized masterclass.

There’s no denying that Facebook is still the leading social media platform and can be a vital tool for helping enterprises spread their message to current and potential customers. Our Facebook for Business workshop is open to small and medium sized businesses from any industry and is full of top tips, inspiring insights and practical advice.

What will be covered?

Tracie Carter, our Social Media Director and Facebook guru, will lead the course and show attendees how Facebook can have a positive impact on their business.

By the end of the workshop Tracie will have:

discussed the importance of social media to businesses
considered the objectives of social media activity
identified the target audience or audiences
demonstrated how to set up a Facebook page correctly
shown what type of content engages an audience
looked at ways to manage and schedule content
built a tailored action plan for your business

Tracie has worked with a number of B2B and B2C businesses across a wide range of industries helping to build their brands with effective use of social media.
