It's a people business

In this industry our people are our greatest asset. We thrive on the creativity of our team, it's thanks to their collective skills and energy that we're able to consistently wow our clients with attention-grabbing visuals and creative marketing campaigns.
The team work hard to stay at the forefront of the latest trends and creative techniques to ensure our work is a cut above the rest. We're very proud of the talent we've pooled inside our West Sussex office, from our communications pros to our visual wizards. In a flurry of recruitment over the last few months, we've now expanded our social media, copywriting and administrative departments.

Say 'hi' to the newest members of our 35-strong team:
Nicky Riordan, Receptionist and PR Administrator
As the first person you meet when walking into our office, Nicky's smiling face is the ideal greeting. Having worked for seven years as an Admissions Registrar at the famous Christ's Hospital School, Nicky has a wealth of experience in organising a busy office and knows how to keep us in line. Day to day, Nicky ensures all our visitors and callers are welcomed warmly and pointed in the right direction. In addition, she manages the administration for the PR Team, assists the Commercial Director and endeavours to keep the office plants alive! Nicky is a self-confessed perfectionist who loves champagne and Espresso Martinis.
Sarah Dyer, Social Media Intern
Sarah has joined the ever-growing social media team as an Intern. Since graduating from Birmingham City University, where she studied Media and Communications with a specialism in Journalism, she has undertaken a range of roles in the media industry, from freelance fashion journalist to social media manager for an animal charity. Applying for the internship, Sarah felt it was the perfect opportunity to learn new skills in an exciting industry. Hard-working and thoughtful, Sarah is a music festival fan with a penchant for hair colour experimentation.
Kate Clifford, Copywriter
Bolstering our copywriting team, Kate previously ran her own PR and copywriting business but was missing the comradery of working within a group. In her previous life, she was a Marketing Communications Manager for a Management Consultancy, and a PR Manager, working for a mind-boggling array of clients from the National Trust to Deloitte. As expected of a copywriter, Kate is an avid reader, and is also a Campervan devotee!
Freddie Kindon, Social Media Intern
Freddie has also joined our social media team as an Intern. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in Business and Marketing Management, Freddie was keen to put his degree into practice and worked at Oxford Royale Academy as a Content Marketing Executive, writing daily blog articles and contributing to its social media content. Having grown up in West Sussex, we're pleased Freddie decided to return to the county to join us. An affirmed foodie and ale lover, it's clear he's found his spiritual home.
If working for a fast-paced and creative environment sounds enticing, we're always on the lookout for new talent. Feel free to send in your CV or keep an eye on our recruitment news to see what's available. You could be the next member of the club.
