WOLVERLEY CE SECONDARY SCHOOL

We started working with Wolverley CE Secondary School at the start of 2014. The school was in a transitional stage with a new Headteacher having been appointed to join the school in April that year.

The school has had its ups and downs, narrowly avoiding special measures in 2007, then subsequently being named as one of the countries most improving schools in 2012. However, students in the local area typically had low aspirations, so we devised a plan using a cross section of our services to encourage the students to think about their futures and aim high, whilst at the same time promoting the school to a wider catchment area and shouting about its many positive features.

It was clear that 'ambition' was a keyword to the school, for not only the students, but also the ambition to make it the best learning environment in the area. We therefore devised a new strapline for the school – 'Ambition Unlimited' – which became the focus for everything we created, whether that was the site our web team built, the new branding our design department created and the campaign our PR team developed.  We have enjoyed huge success with this campaign and we are continuing to work with the school.
