Jacobs Steel

Worthing-based estate agent Jacobs Steel wanted a comprehensive rebrand to signify its personalised approach to property marketing.

Having developed the company’s tagline, ‘Living Property’, we put our design team to work transforming this central message into an eye-catching and meaningful visual identity. They came up with a strong and stylish set of visuals to be used across a huge range of material, from business cards and brochures to company cars and property signs. In addition, we designed a sophisticated sub-brand to distinguish the firm’s high-end property service.

The end result was a modernising facelift that sets Jacobs Steel apart from its competitors while communicating its dedication to going the extra mile for its customers.
